These are my wife’s parents, affectionately known as Pete & Nancy. They are the healthiest grandparents in the world, thanks to their daily regimen of walks, bike rides, and gardening.  They live on a farm in central Iowa which has been Pete’s home since he was 8 years old.  They have been married over 50 years, and it’s hard to describe one without describing the other.  They are inseparable.  They do everything together.  I could not have asked for nicer in-laws.  They are kind, generous, hard-working, honest people, wholeheartedly devoted to their kids and grandkids.  I thank God for Pete & Nancy.
